Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, boneless (may substitute top round 3/4 " thick)
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 14.5 oz Can, Beef broth, clear
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 4 cups Mann's Broccoli Wokly®
- 4 cups Rice, hot cooked
Directions
Slice beef into very thin strips. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, 1 cup of broth, brown sugar and soy until smooth. Set aside. Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add beef in two batches and stir fry until brown. Set beef aside. Using the same skillet, add remaining broth, garlic powder, ginger and Mann’s Broccoli Wokly®. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Mix cornstarch with water and add to broccoli. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Return beef to pan. Heat through. Serve over rice.
