- 10 cups Mann's Sweet Potato Fries
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/3 cup Jalapenos, minced
- 2 Tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Salt
- Corn oil, for deep frying
In large Dutch Oven or electric deep fryer, heat corn oil to 325 degrees. Fry Mann’s Sweet Potato Fries in 4 batches for 2 minutes. Remove and drain well with paper towels. Reheat oil to 375 degrees and refry 4 batches of fries until brown and crisp, remove and drain well on paper towels. Melt butter and add jalapeños. Place drained fries into large bowl and toss with the jalapeno butter, salt and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
