Sugar Snap® Peas and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 cups Mann's Stringless Sugar Snap® Peas
- 3 Tbsp Butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Directions
Sauté mushrooms in butter or margarine for 2-3 minutes. Add Mann’s Stringless Sugar Snap® Peas and soy sauce. Stir constantly for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot alone or over white rice.
