Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package Mann’s Broccoli Cole Slaw
  • 4 green onions, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup jalapenos or chilis, diced

The Method

Open bag of Broccoli Cole Slaw and chop into smaller pieces (about ½″). Combine all fresh chopped vegetables in a large bowl. Add seasoning, oil, water and lemon juice. Stir all ingredients, cover bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
