If you exercise any of these data privacy rights through an authorized representative, please note that we may require further documentation (i.e. authorization or power of attorney) to ensure that they have the authority to act on your behalf. We will respond to any data requests within the timeframes required by applicable Data Protection Law. The Site is intended for a general audience. We do not direct the Site to children under sixteen (16), nor do we knowingly solicit or collect any Personal Information from children under the age of sixteen (16). In order for us to fulfill your data requests, we will need to verify that you are who you say you are and that we indeed collect or retain your Personal Information on our systems. For verification purposes, we will attempt to match information that you provide to us with information we already have in our records. We will not be able to delete, correct, or provide you with access to your Personal Information unless we are able to verify your identity. We will respond to your request within 30 days of receiving your request, after proper verification, unless we need additional time, in which case we will let you know. Personal Information obtained for verification purposes will only be used for such purposes and will be deleted as soon as practical after processing the data request. Authorized agents must submit proof of the consumer’s signed authorization to make a request.
