Combine half of olive oil and sesame oil in a large pan or wok, and heat to medium-high. Add beef, salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes, until meat is browned and cooked. Remove from pan and place meat (with oils) in a large pot.
Repeat process with remaining half of oils and Broccoli Wokly®, cooking until slightly browned and just tender, about 5 minutes.
Add broccoli (with oils) to pot with meat, then stir in beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then immediately remove from heat.
Optional: serve over cooked rice.
