Ingredients

  • MANN™ Steakhouse Style Asparagus package
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 uncooked strips of bacon, chopped
  • Olive oil drizzle, to taste
  • Salt + pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings:  Parmesan cheese and pine nuts

  1. Mince garlic and chop the bacon strips
  2. Heat a frying pan (preferably, a cast iron pan) over medium-high heat
  3. Add bacon and fry for about 3 - 5 minutes
  4. When the bacon is close to cooked, add the asparagus
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and continue to sauté the asparagus for 3 - 5 minutes, until tender enough for a fork
  6. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes until flagrant
  7. Asparagus should be fork-tender and slightly charred
