Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) bag Mann’s Broccoli Cole Slaw
  • ¾ cup bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Shucked sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ red pepper, sliced
  • ½ green pepper, sliced
  • ½ orange pepper, sliced
  • 1 package Ramen noodles, uncooked & crumbled
  • Dressing (recipe below)

Dressing

  • 1 flavor packet from noodles
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ⅓ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

For Dressing
In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Set aside.

For Noodles
In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, and toss with the dressing.

Refrigerated salad until served. It is best if chilled at least 6 hours.
